Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $ 141,100 per year and maximum of $ 194,000 per year
In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan

In your new role you will:
- Develops new and /or enhances existing technical systems (whole systems, parts, components).
- These can either be software and / or hardware as well as various products.
- Responsible for development planning and development strategy in close collaboration with other functions (e.g. marketing, operations).
- Develops generic and market oriented products.
- Ensures developments are based on state-of-the-art research and technology. Applied research based on scientific methods, e.g. for quality improvement, process optimization, new products or business areas.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Relevant vocational training (3+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification
- Relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years)
- Knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways 6+ years relevant working experience
