About the Role

The Office Coordinator will manage daily office functions, assist with scheduling, document preparation, customer interactions, and support various departments. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain supplies, and coordinate office maintenance.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including reports and presentations.
  • Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general office assistance, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Event Coordination: Organize office events, meetings, and client visits, handling logistics.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing and maintaining financial records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education in office administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of office administration experience, preferably in an environmental or technical industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.05-$24.25 per hour
