Job Position: Sales Representative
Position Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be accountable for driving new sales growth as well as managing, nurturing and servicing existing relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will initiate and develop action plans to grow business within existing accounts plus obtain new customers to ensure company sales goals and objectives are met. This individual will also develop ongoing profitable relationships with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion and in-person presentation skills are essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.• Minimum two years of direct-selling and account management experience.• Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills, with a high degree to tact and• persuasiveness.• Effective communication in an open and direct manner; conveys information clearly• and concisely, with strong written and verbal communication skills.• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline preferred, or other job• related or equivalent business experience.• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and• prioritize.• Ability to work collaboratively with key business partners and internal stakeholders.• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and ability to travel as required, and be available to take part in trade shows.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
