We are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success team to help our customers succeed in using our software. If you are tech-savvy, able to learn new software quickly, and love training and coaching users; you might be a good match.
Position Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer calls, voicemails and chat requests for software support via our support ticketing system Zendesk while adhering to SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics
- Work to understand customer issues (technical, how-to questions or billing) and resolve them in a timely fashion
Onboarding
- Project manage implementations for new multi-office brokerage customers
- Run training sessions for new and trial users to help them properly configure their software and data
Product Development
- Assist with documenting and tracking user requests for new features and bugs and assist with user acceptance testing
Content creation
- Create/update content (help articles, blog articles, videos) related to product updates and how to utilize our system
- Various other operational tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Someone who is organized, sharp, highly motivated, and is easy to work with
- Great communication skills for interaction with end-users including conversational American English without an accent
- A resourceful problem-solver who is able to achieve strong results without a lot of direction
- Strong computer and software technical abilities to troubleshoot software configuration issues and help end-users to properly configure their software
- Ability to work out of central Denver office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residential real estate industry experience
- 1-3+ years of experience with software customer support or software project management/QA/business analysis
- Help center or training content development experience
- We have a cloud-native application architecture so SaaS/PaaS technical experience is most applicable
Recent college graduates will be considered.
Compensation will be market-based and commensurate with experience. The compensation includes a base and bonus component which is tied to customer retention metrics. This is a contract-to-hire position.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
