Job Description
PBA Health, a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry in Kansas City, Missouri is expanding our Inside Sales Department and currently looking for qualified Business Improvement Specialists.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission. Estimated first year earnings between $50,000-$60,000 (uncapped).
Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level)
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Exceeds established daily and monthly goals for phone time, call count and revenue
- Places outbound phone calls to promote and sell products
- Establishes and maintains relationships with future and current clients
- Remains up to date on company products, marketplace relationships, and competitive strength
- Maintains the contact database
- Responds promptly and effectively throughout all aspects of communication
Education/Experience:
- Pharmacy Technician Experience is a HUGE PLUS!
- Some college preferred but not required
- B2B sales experience preferred but not required (ON-SITE TRAINING AVAILABLE)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
