Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative at Hydrowest Products Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting our products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Experienced candidates, particularly those with experience in HVAC, Controls, Gas, Heating, plumbing products, and any trades person who are thinking to retire and have good connections in the industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is preferred; experience in HVAC, plumbing, gas, and heating sales is a plus
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
