Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Present products and services in a compelling manner to encourage sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a series 7 license. series 63 or 62 helpful

Pay: $70,586.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
