Benchmark Auto Sales is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team! This role is key to helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and connect with customers visiting the dealership.
- Understand each customer’s unique needs and guide them through our inventory.
- Explain lease terms, payment options, and warranty coverage clearly and effectively.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth lease processing.
- Work with the BDC team to meet appointment targets.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about all dealership products, services, and promotions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in auto sales or a similar sales-driven role.
- Experience with CRMs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
