ANAX Business Technology is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced SMB segment. Customer Success Manager’s Mission Statement:

Build strong relationships with clients by providing top-notch IT support and spotting opportunities to help our business grow via:

  • Proactive communication
  • Recurring business reviews
  • Facilitating proactive interactions regarding projects and high-severity tickets between our team and clients

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the bridge between the client and the technical team to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and our team regarding projects, procurement, and daily operational needs.
  • Conduct recurring business reviews to assess client satisfaction, anticipate needs, and help them navigate the often-complex IT landscape.
  • Assist with generating proposals for projects of varying scope, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budgets.
  • Identify opportunities that benefit the client while contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Manage client expectations and advocate for their needs ensuring a seamless service experience.

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service with a client-first approach modeled after the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Ability to gauge client satisfaction through customer interactions and proactively address sparks before they become bonfires.
  • Self-organizing and self-motivated, while still able to follow and implement established processes and procedures.
  • Ability to identify and act on business opportunities through proactive client engagement.

Compensation Package:

Base annual salary starting at $70,000, plus:

  • Bonuses
  • Monthly vehicle allowance of $345
  • 401K match

Hiring Process:

  • Step 1: Candidates apply with a resume via the job board.
  • Step 2: Top candidates will be invited to participate in an online video interview.
  • Step 3: If the candidate excels in video interview, they will be invited for an in-person interview with key managers.
  • Step 4: Orientation and onboarding to kick-start success in the role.
