Job Title: Project / Customer Success Manager
Reports To: Texas Sr. Project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

We are looking for an outgoing Customer Success Manager to foster strong relationships with our clients and work closely with the Senior Project Manager to successfully expand our Texas division.
The Customer Success Manager / Project Manager responsibilities include seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, promptly resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction while increasing sales.
To be successful as a customer success manager, you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet their needs. Additionally, build a strong rapport with your Sr Project Manager and the Texas team.
Relationship Management Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company services.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Providing clients with comprehensive service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
- Upselling and cross-selling services to clients.
- Meeting sales/revenue targets.
- Ensuring client satisfaction.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Degree in construction management, engineering, management, or a similar field.
- Five years minimum proven sales experience in construction or a similar role, preferably HVAC industry experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the customer base.
- The position can be performed at home but must reside in Texas, within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- Must be able to perform customer and job site visits.
Daily Tasks would include, but not limited to the following:
- Develop Customer Relationships.
- Handle Customer Issues pertaining to sales and awards.
- Sales – All tasks to complete, as well as responsibilities and goals listed above.
- Review follow-up list for Key Customers and Projects out for bid.
- Maintain follow-up reports on a weekly basis.
- Send out project proposals.
- Handles PO/Pricing Questions.
- Reviews and Sends out Final Bids
- Review Contracts / POs when awarded.
- Sends out job awarded acknowledgment email.
