We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our US B2B sales team and drive revenue growth to expand our market share. Our ideal candidate is a sales executive with a proven track record of scaling B2B sales teams and revenue generation. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all B2B sales channels, defining and implementing sales growth strategies to acquire new customers, building and managing a high-performing sales team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and applying a KPI based performance steering.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You develop and execute a go-to market sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the US
  • You recruit, onboard and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs per sales channel
  • You lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and building long-term customer loyalty
  • You utilize thorough data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance
  • You develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders and represent the company at fairs and events
  • You manage and plan the sales budget, forecast and report sales funnel as well as revenue KPIs to the executive team

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education You have aBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience You have experience in sales leadership, revenue generation role in a B2B environment and demonstrated history in successfully scaling high performing sales teams
  • Technical Proficiency You are proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools, strategic thinker, ability to create and execute effective sales plans, and KPI-driven
  • Soft Skills You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain strong, reliable, and sustainable customer relationships
  • Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and has a hands-on mentality with a keen ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from various countries
  • Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory
