About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Development to drive sales growth in Microsoft AI, CoPilot, and automation services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline, engaging IT executives, and executing sales strategies for AI and UiPath RPA opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and has a passion for AI-driven digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and develop a strong sales pipeline for Microsoft AI, CoPilot, and automation solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders to understand their AI and automation needs.
  • Sales Execution: Drive end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals related to AI, RPA, and automation solutions.
  • Proposal & SOW Preparation: Create and present compelling statements of work (SOW) and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Microsoft, UiPath, and other technology partners to leverage synergies and enhance solution offerings.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay up to date with AI advancements, automation trends, and Microsoft’s evolving suite of AI products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical teams, project managers, and marketing to align sales strategies with delivery capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in Microsoft AI, automation, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong network of IT executives, CIOs, and decision-makers in enterprise environments.
  • Experience in creating statements of work (SOWs), proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Azure AI, Power Automate, and CoPilot.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $77,425.00 - $90,501.00 per year
