Job description

We have a fantastic team of seasoned logistics professionals and are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to provide continued growth for our 3PL division.

Transportation Industry Knowledge - 10 Year

Logistical Sales Experinece - 3- 5 Years

OTR Shipping - N.America

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and forecasting sales.

Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Excellent communication and Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection, "Hunter" mentality with experience building a territory from scratch.

Strong Problem Solving Skills and Anakytical skills

A high degree of self-motivation and ambition, work well with operations

The skills to work both independently and as part of a team

Contribute to Sales Meetings and Business Development activities.

Work closely with the General Manager to develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.

Willingness to grow, build and mold a Sales team

Hybrid - 4 in office /1 outside sales/meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
