Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and driven Medical Sales Executives and Medical Sales Team Leaders to join our team.

Now is your chance to help people and represent a breakthrough in modern medicine wound care, combining fully autonomous healing capabilities with uncompromising sustainability. Derived from the inner layer of a human placenta, these grafts are ethically procured from planned cesarean section donations and subjected to rigorous communicable disease testing. With a 95% success rate in achieving full wound closure in under six weeks and zero reported adverse effects, amniotic membranes offer a reliable, natural solution for wound healing.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the newest and most advance products to the marketplace. Additionally you will have an entire arsenal of medical supplemental products to supplement the care with healthcare professionals and in institutions for yourself and your team members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to account management and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Follow and maintain our proporiety sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of our pharmaceutical products.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for new business development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that align with sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using Microsoft Word and other office software.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure satisfaction with our products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact sales.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with account management principles and practices.
  • A background in pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.
