ABOUT YOU
As our Senior Customer Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them with everything from placing orders to answering technical product questions. Your mission? To ensure every customer leaves with a solution in hand, every time. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and customers to provide outstanding service and proactively address any needs.
You’ll have a genuine passion for helping customers succeed and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Whether it’s resolving inquiries or identifying improvement opportunities, you’re ready to make an impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing fast, friendly, and professional responses to inquiries via phone and email.
- Order Management: Guide customers through the order process, track order status, and provide timely updates to ensure smooth and efficient experiences.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with basic product-related questions, offer guidance on features, and manage repair requests as needed.
- Customer Advocacy: Take a proactive approach in understanding customer requirements and connect them with the right solutions or the appropriate team for further assistance.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM/ERP system for future reference and continuous support.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to management, helping to drive enhancements in both customer experience and company processes.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, such as HubSpot and Odoo, ensuring efficient customer interaction and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and professional engagement with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to various situations.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently striving to exceed expectations.
