We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our growing business. This role is focused on reaching out to companies, brands, and organizations to offer our unique custom LEGO minifigures as creative marketing tools, promotional items, or branded swag. The ideal candidate is confident in their communication skills, comfortable with outbound sales, and excited about presenting our high-quality, customizable LEGO products to businesses of all sizes.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to businesses, marketing teams, and decision-makers to pitch our custom LEGO minifigures as a unique promotional product.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and how our products can benefit their brand.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of custom LEGO minifigures.
- Collaborate with our in-house design team to ensure client ideas are accurately captured in the final product.
- Follow up with leads and clients to close deals and secure repeat business.
- Track sales activity, client communications, and order status using our internal CRM or tracking system.
- Occasionally assist with packing or shipping orders during peak times or large bulk orders.
- Stay informed on marketing and promotional trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to confidently cold-call, email, and message potential clients.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads and ongoing projects.
- Creative problem-solving skills to tailor our products to fit client needs.
- Basic understanding of marketing and promotional items.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, especially B2B (business-to-business) or promotional product sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software to track outreach and sales progress.
- Experience in or passion for creative industries, pop culture, or collectibles.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Previous experience working with promotional products or corporate gifting is a plus.
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-$60.00 based on skill level and experience upon starting along with commission per sale created!
