Join Us

ADVI Health is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Associate to join our Business Development team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in executing on our lead generation approach, optimizing our sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) system, HubSpot, and other lead generation tech stack tools (i.e., Outreach.IO, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others). You’ll generate leads and develop insightful reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, and provide analytical support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance the current CRM and tech stack execution
  • Participate in CRM improvement projects to streamline sales processes
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for sales analysis
  • Monitor and cleanse CRM data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Create, maintain, and present regular reports to support the sales team and executive leadership
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from the sales function such as preparing RFPs, creating capabilities presentations, and other tasks


Education

  • College degree. Advanced degree preferred


Experience

  • One to three years of experience in lead generation or sales
  • Working knowledge and experience with HubSpot, Outreach.IO, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience in managing large volumes of data, including migration, cleansing, and import/export
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building models and analyzing data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook; and SharePoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts across different domains
  • Experience with services providers in either pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostic, and/or medical device sectors


Location

Candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those operating in the Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone. Candidates based in Washington, DC or Austin, TX, will have the option of hybrid work arrangements.


Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $65,000 to $100,000 annual base with an additional discretionary bonus potential of up to 10 percent, depending on experience and qualifications. Exceptionally qualified candidates will be evaluated according to experience levels. Please include your salary requirements with your application if they exceed the posted range.
