Location This is a remote position. Responsibilities * Represent the Legalpad brand by providing clarity, empathy and a consultative approach to sales * Meet with sales/marketing qualified leads and identify their immigration needs to drive sales and build our reputation in the space * Present products to prospective clients with clear and simple language, furthering Legalpad’s mission of “Making Visas Easy” * Unearth new sales opportunities through professional networking and turn them into long-term partnerships * Maintain relationships with customers to find future opportunities and new partners and clients within their networks * Respond to and de-escalate client complaints to maintain the company’s reputation and mitigate churn * Negotiate agreements and manage pipeline in Salesforce to better our data driven approach Definition of Success * 2 years of consultative sales experience as an Account Executive (or similar) at a small or medium startup environment  * Solution-oriented and client focused approach to selling  * Basic understanding of Salesforce and desire to learn new systems and processes as we build them!  * Excellent time management and follow through ensuring all our clients get the best experience * Strong presentation and communication skills for all internal and external interactions Your Superpowers * Stellar listener and communicator - You can understand issues and pain points, and communicate solutions to complex problems with clarity. * Thorough and detail-oriented - You are able to match immigration products to complicated and often nuanced immigration situations.  * Creative problem solver - The best solutions aren’t always obvious (or ones that we can provide). This individual will engage with prospective companies in the SMB segment to identify how the Skilljar platform can help them to drive key business and growth objectives. As a trusted advisor, you’ll promote Skilljar solutions and help prospects understand how a customer education platform can allow them to reduce customer churn, increase customer engagement, and grow customer relationships. We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic environment. You must be flexible, highly collaborative, and able to think on your feet.
