We're seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for supporting our global client base and ensuring customer success and retention. Tasks will include building relationships with key enterprise and global associations, working with the product team to align client requests with the product roadmap, negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders, and reducing churn. You will be selling a world-class platform that will help organizations allow attendees to return safely, and maximize their experience.  This is a full-time position and can be based anywhere in Canada (the team is based in Vancouver, BC and all currently working from home).
