Engage in live, interactive, online sessions with experienced instructors and industry insiders as you learn about the state of the Cleantech sector and its impact across the globe. Master sales techniques with a Cleantech focus, and pick up the career and job search skills you'll need to get started. Through real-world examples, industry introductions, and hands-on assignments across an comprehensive 16 week program you'll be fully prepared to grow your career while making an impact. 4 hours of online class per week, with additional instructor office hours available.
1 to 2 hours per week
Career skills are built into the Tech Sales Foundations for Cleantech program, with group coaching and interview preparation sessions as you get ready for the job search or promotion process.
6 to 9 hours per week
Engage in class workshops and opportunities, study, and practice with independent exercises and peer groups. Utilize tools, reference materials, and community mentorship to ensure your success. This flexible blend of online classes and asynchronous learning will help you master sales concepts and skills, leading to a head start in Cleantech and a path for career growth.

Connections are vital in any industry. That's why we provide advice and feedback from industry experts and in-class guests, and include assignments based on real scenarios. This approach helps you apply what you learn directly to your administrative tasks, fostering a strong community and tracking your personal growth effectively.

In this comprehensive 16 week program, you'll get a strong foundation in how Cleantech works, the impact it's having in the world, and how to get started with a sales role in any of the companies or technologies that fall into this category. Even if you've never worked in sales before, if you're ready to explore a rich career and want to get involved in making an impact, this is the place to start. 1. What is Cleantech? Dive into the foundations of this sector through lenses including impact, legislation, growth, and how it touches so many different industries across the world. Engage with industry experts and participate in dynamic conversations and debates to become fully prepared to connect with professionals and employers.
2. Sales Foundations: Work through our tech sales curriculum to gain the solid foundations you'll need to excel as a sales rep in the modern technical world. Learn selling methodologies, sales tools, fundamental principles like prospecting and discovery, and more - from instructors with industry experience and a suite of guests with insight into real-world needs and hiring processes. 3. Career Skills: In the last four weeks, dive deep into the career and interview skills you'll need to launch your new journey. Get advice and techniques from professional career coaches and industry hiring managers that will help you stand out from other applicants and nail interviews.

We offer personalized coaching, mentorship, and career development services on top of our Courses that are designed to help our members succeed in their job search. But it's important to again note that we cannot guarantee job offers or specific outcomes. We want to be transparent with our members about the realities of the job market. It wouldn’t be fair to you, or to us to try and help you navigate your fears, and hurdles without this transparency. That’s why we encourage everyone to approach the job search with realistic expectations and a willingness to put in the hard work and effort required to succeed.

We acknowledge that life circumstances can change and strive to be flexible in accommodating your needs. While it is possible to withdraw from a course, we strongly advise our students to enroll in Courses they genuinely wish to take, actively participate in, and do their best to complete. This approach helps us manage resources effectively and ensures a positive class experience for all participants.
Though we prefer withdrawal to be an exception rather than the norm, our policies are designed to support those in need. There's no requirement to defer enrollment, as we have new cohorts starting every few weeks. If you decide to re-enroll later, simply click the enroll button when you're ready. To ensure a successful learning experience, we recommend scheduling a session with a Career Coach prior to re-enrolling if you have previously withdrawn. They can offer valuable support and guidance, or suggest alternative approaches that better align with your goals.
As a Premium member, there are no additional costs beyond your membership fees for enrolling in our Courses and Workshops. To learn more about becoming a Premium member, please visit our pricing page.
Our membership model differs from traditional education, where you would typically pay for each Course or Workshop individually. Instead, we offer a flat fee that supports your career goals, allowing you to take as many Courses and Workshops as you'd like based on your available time and resources.
Uvaro offers two financial assistance programs for those interested in becoming Premium Members.
Assisted Subscription Agreement (ASA): This program enables eligible members to join Uvaro at a reduced rate for up to 12 months or until they reach a specific income level (Qualified Income Threshold). Once the income level is met, members will pay the regular monthly subscription fee for 12 months.
Impact Scholarships: Aimed at empowering more women, particularly women of color, to succeed in the tech industry, these scholarships reduce barriers and enhance access to high-quality employment with upward mobility in the ICT sector. We've partnered with some amazing forward thinking companies for their incredible support.
