Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated business consultant to join our team!

The ideal candidate will nurture warm leads and build client relationships and close deals. You will be working closely with a Team Leader and the Sales Team.

As a Business Consultant at Norsteel, you will build relationships through your professionalism and aid customers to make informed decisions. You will also be part of a rewarding program. Your role will involve building genuine relationships with our clients and offering follow-up after-sales service for years after purchases.

Your role is crucial as you are the primary point of contact between our business and customers. On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Ensure customers have the correct products and services by understanding their needs
  • Work with warm leads provided by the Company
  • Tailor presentations to customer needs
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Meet Company-set targets

Qualifications

No Sales Experience needed, but helpful. No Minimum experience in customer service experience is recommended for this role, One year is nice to have.

Pay

100% Commissions. There is no hourly wage or salary base.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
