Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365)
and Dynamics 365 (D365) to support our sales team and clients in understanding,
implementing, and optimizing Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge
the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, providing pre-sales and
post-sales support to drive successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and
recommending M365 and D365 solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and
demonstrations that showcase the value of Microsoft solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and workshops to help
customers understand and evaluate solutions.
- Provide deep technical expertise on M365 and D365, including licensing,
integrations, configurations, and customization.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment and user
adoption.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft’s latest features, updates, and best practices to
provide expert guidance.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation requests.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role,
focusing on M365 and D365.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange,
Power Platform) and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance &
Operations, Business Central).• Hands-on experience with M365/D365 implementation, integrations, and
licensing models.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey
technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, identifying pain points, and proposing
tailored solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical teams, and customers to drive
revenue growth.
- Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales
Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise
Administrator Expert) are a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
