Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert recommendations on wheels, tires, and vehicle accessories.
  • Order Management: Efficiently order products to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demands.
  • Schedule Coordination: Assist in scheduling installations and service appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and informed.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems to manage orders and schedules.

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry. Car sales experience is a strong asset.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role: As a Sales Representative at our high-volume Saskatoon location, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring smooth operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, managing orders, and coordinating schedules. You'll work with qualified leads and have access to a high volume of leads, ensuring you have plenty of opportunities to succeed. Pay: $ 45000 to $75000
