NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused National Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our agency and our clients, managing relationships and ensuring staffing solutions meet the needs and expectations of our clients. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, increase client satisfaction, and drive business growth across Canada. This role will require travel throughout Ontario and eventually across Canada. Your background in Logistics, Supply Chain and Distribution, Sales and Recruiting will be a strong assets for success in this exciting new role.

Skills:

  • Client Relationship Management experience.
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain is a strong asset.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account tracking and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
