Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team with strategy, accountability, and industry expertise—driving growth while maintaining top-tier customer relationships.
Your Role:
As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving business growth. Your leadership will shape sales strategy, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a results-driven sales team.
- Establish clear sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
- Keep the team updated on industry trends and product innovations.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
- Align sales efforts with marketing and operational goals.
- Represent KTL at industry events and trade shows.
Customer Relationship Management
- Oversee key client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide expert guidance on project specifications and pricing negotiations.
- Implement a consultative sales approach with technical expertise.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Refine sales processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and trends.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive pricing strategies.
What You Bring:
- Proven sales leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials (trusses and engineered wood preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Expertise in B2B sales, relationship management, and strategic selling.
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of building components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and sales tracking tools.
