We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team with strategy, accountability, and industry expertise—driving growth while maintaining top-tier customer relationships.

Your Role:

As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving business growth. Your leadership will shape sales strategy, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a results-driven sales team.
  • Establish clear sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
  • Keep the team updated on industry trends and product innovations.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.

Strategic Growth & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Align sales efforts with marketing and operational goals.
  • Represent KTL at industry events and trade shows.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Oversee key client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide expert guidance on project specifications and pricing negotiations.
  • Implement a consultative sales approach with technical expertise.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Refine sales processes for efficiency and consistency.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive pricing strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials (trusses and engineered wood preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Expertise in B2B sales, relationship management, and strategic selling.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of building components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and sales tracking tools.
