Jaeckle Distributors has an outstanding opportunity for the right account management sales professional that wants to be an integral part of a sales team in a market that is already experiencing growth and success.
Position: Territory Sales and Service Representative – Business to Business – Flooring and Surfacing Products
Location/Territory: Kansas City, KS, and various locations within driving distance from our branch location in Lenexa, KS.
Compensation Plan: Combination of base, commission, and bonus with realistic potential to be $75,000+ in compensation with no limit.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain merchandising product displays for your own customer portfolio and help with team members’ customer displays.
- Drive and develop significant revenue by executing key strategic sales initiatives including the sale of current core products and new products.
- Create and maintain deep customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers and develop a strong working knowledge of the customer’s business model.
- Nurture an already successful territory (Kansas City, KS, and surrounding geography) and execute account plans that are aligned with our company’s strategic sales plan.
- Prepare and deliver product and technical (application and product) presentations to audiences that consist of store owners, retail salespeople and installers.
- Overcome the typical obstacles that occur with a distribution sales career and be willing to change and adapt as needed.
- Work successfully in an autonomous sales environment.
- Utilize proven planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities then pivot when necessary.
- Embrace learning for self-development/improvement; be curious; seek to understand; respect the diversity of thought and compete to succeed every day.

- Proficient with technology tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
