Summary
As a Technical Sales Engineer at MicroAI, you will play a vital role in driving our innovative AI solutions to market. This position involves engaging with clients to demonstrate the value of our products and contribute to our mission of transforming industries through advanced AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of MicroAI's solutions.
- Engage with potential clients during pre-sales activities to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide technical guidance on product implementation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Support customers throughout the sales process by addressing technical inquiries and providing expert advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MicroAI's products.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight product features and benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in industrial settings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and product presentations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
- Experience with Linux environments is a plus.
- Ideal candidate would have worked in either of the following industries: Selling software and SaaS solutions to Industrial and Manufacturers, and / or to OEMs who make Industrial machines, Telcom, Telco operators, Telecom OEMs who make connected devices and machines.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Engineering / Business Management or similar
- Additional Certifications in IT areas will be an added advantage.
