Westlake Financial Services and our Leasing Division CULA are looking for a dynamic individual to take part in building our commercial truck and equipment leasing division. This position will be on-site at our San Diego office.

With 30% YOY growth and assets under management of over $17 Billion, we are always looking to acquire talented individuals as we expand our presence in the Finance Industry. Westlake Financial Services/CULA believe in PEOPLE with the PURPOSE and PASSION to assist our more than 22,000 dealer partners throughout North America.

Our Commercial Lease Account Manager will report directly to our Leasing Manager as they will be instrumental in managing accounts of the program including maintaining client relationships, and more.

Account Manager Duties:

  • Manage commercial accounts that are set up by the Commercial Leasing Manager
  • Maintain relationships with commercial accounts and assist with pricing and purchasing vehicles
  • Navigate the process between the commercial accounts and the dealer (contracts/paperwork)
  • Manage the internal paperwork process for CULA / Westlake (get paperwork signed, mailed out on time, work with accounting for checks/ACH payments etc…)
  • Timely process deals for Carousel / Simplecar and other commercial accounts we have
  • Ensure tracking devices are sent to hosts as vehicles are added
  • Follow up on leads (email applications and request needed approval documents) and submit for internal credit pre-approval

Pay Rate:

  • $40,000 to $60,000 USD per year
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
