Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or outside sales, and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.

Duties

*Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.

*Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.

*Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.

*Present product offerings to clients, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.

*Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

*Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and market reach.

*Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

*Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand professional connections.

Experience

*Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or outside sales environments.

*Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.

*Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

*Proficiency in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions.

*Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.

*Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are highly desirable but not required.

*A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,818.00-$71,275.00 per year
