Terramac is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, build lasting relationships and support our dealer network in the Western region (encompassing Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City). This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on developing new business, strengthening dealer partnerships, and ensuring customer success. Within the territory, you’ll serve as the key link between our company and regional dealers, providing guidance, supporting sales initiatives, and cultivating new opportunities to expand our market presence. What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in developing the Annual Terramac Sales Business Plan and resulting Financial Budget for the assigned territory.
  • Execute business strategies necessary to achieve the Sales Business Plan objectives along with the corresponding Financial Budget expectations.
  • Monitor Dealer’s Annual Performance to plan and recommend changes in strategy to achieve the annual goal(s).
  • Conduct regional Dealer sales meetings by coordinating with the Company’s Vice President of Business Development to translate national programs to the needs of the assigned geographical territory.
  • Work closely with the Dealers Sales Representatives explaining the differentiating features and benefits of the Terramac brand aimed at increasing brand awareness, sales activity, and market share.
  • Foster Dealer development by applying knowledge of company products, services, and competitive information to best serve the needs of the Dealer.
  • Coordinate with the Dealer contacting prospective and current customers to solicit sales of new and used Terramac products / services while developing key business contacts.
  • Strive to offer exceptional customer service; ensuring customer needs are met personally in a timely, professional, and expert manner.
  • Follow-up with customer inquiries and leads generated through incoming calls, advertising campaigns, website traffic, dealer contacts, and other promotional efforts. Update and manage customer leads in the Company’s Salesforce CRM data base.
  • Attend Dealer training activities and industry trade shows on behalf of the Company to present information regarding Company products, services and other relevant information.
  • Act as a resource to all members of the sales organization in matters of market trends, customer expectations, competitive strategies and regional pricing.

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior heavy equipment sales experience. Strong ability to negotiate and sell product.
  • Valid driver’s license required and must meet insurance underwriting requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Public speaking experience.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and customer relations.
  • Professionalism.
  • Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to operate and make decisions with limited supervision.
