Your Role
- Your duties will include, recruiting, training and mentoring a high-performing sales team. While overseeing a team of estimators.
- Within your first 60 days, you will implement sales strategies and initiative ideas to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- All leads will be provided by the company, who have an abundance of prospective relationships for you to nurture.
- You will play a key role in helping drive revenue growth and the expansion of the contractor’s market presence.
Requirements:
- 5 Years of Sales Leadership Experience
- Ability to implement sales plans and strategies
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office
