We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
- Familiar with USA seafood market will be asset .
Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
