Reports to: Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the aviation sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
- Quantum Software Expertise: Utilize Quantum software to manage and analyze customer data, streamline workflows, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- CRM Management: Efficiently manage client information, interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM systems to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on account performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Expected Results (Output):
Meet/exceed yearly sales/GP budget quota
Maintain a 4 out of 5-star (points) customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in the aviation industry or a related field.
- Expertise in Quantum software (or similar platforms) and CRM systems, Excel, required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to find solutions to customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry, including key players, trends, and challenges - Aviation experience preferred
