Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide customized solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, drive revenue, and contribute to business expansion.
- Promote Rogers telecommunications products and services, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and retain existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize account performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.
- Analyze account activity, track key performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and problem-solving expertise.
Requirements for the Client Account Manager Role:
- Experience in customer service, sales, account management, or telecommunications is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client relationships.
- A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle objections professionally and strategically.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Full-time availability at our Surrey, BC office.
- A willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
