We are searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

Located in one of our Alberta offices, Calgary or Edmonton, the successful candidate will become the inside sales leader of the Lixil product lines, within our Alberta team. This role will report to the Managing Partners. We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package for your efforts, including health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer service to both existing and new customers

· Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

· Provide quotations and budget pricing

· Confirm product availability and lead times

· Order entry and submission

· Manage local parts inventory

· Light warehouse duties

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or inside sales role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

· Experience working with Salesforce, and/or Sage Accounting is an asset, but not required

· Detailed understanding of Plumbing/Heating/HVAC industry is an asset, but not required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

· Able to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, especially under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
