Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to introduce our lease program to RV dealers in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will have an existing client base in the RV industry, knowledge of financing and leasing and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and foster strong relationships with clients in the RV industry. This role requires a blend of leadership, business development, and sales expertise to effectively communicate our value proposition and negotiate successful outcomes. This is a commission based 1099 job. The ideal candidate will already have a book of business withing the RV industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Conduct warm calling to identify potential clients in the RV industry and expand the customer base.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a culture of high performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or business development within the RV industry.
- Currant book of business within the RV industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals successfully.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions regarding sales strategies.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
