What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and engineering consultants.
- Drive new business opportunities and manage sales cycles from start to finish.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions for pump applications, repairs, and new product integration.
- Conduct impactful product presentations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Analyze customer needs and create customized solutions to maximize efficiency and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in pump sales, application engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with experience in rotating equipment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel (80-90% within assigned territory).
