What is the job?
We are seeking an experienced lease sales professional who wants the opportunity to be a part of building a premium heavy & medium truck brand. This is professional lease sales role with a long-standing dealership group looking to continue to expand our footprint in the lower mainland.
Reporting to the Sales/Lease Manager, the Lease Account Managers primary role is to sell and promote our lease products and services to new and existing customers. They are responsible for identifying new lease opportunities, conducting sales calls and customers visits within their assigned territory to help fulfill the customers transportation needs and achieve their own annual targets.
This role is a vital member of the sales team, one who has a direct impact on dealership profit and the development of our customer base.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue and maintain a constant pipeline of existing and potential customers to ensure sales growth and profitability in your allocated territory
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customers business model and propose lease products and pricing to suit their needs
- Provide customers with prompt and accurate lease quotes
- Continuous customer service including customer follow up, problem identification and concern resolution.
- Participate in ongoing learning of our products and services
- Accurate and timely maintenance of sales reports using the required procedures and software, such as CRM
- Maintain and develop positive customer sales relationships
- Professionally represent the Sales Department and the Company

What you need:
- Minimum 3-years sales experience in heavy truck or equipment related industry is required.
- A finance background or a basic to intermediate understanding of business finance is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and effective listening ability
- Strong negotiation skills with a passion for sales
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent computers skills
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- A valid class 5 drivers’ license is required. Class 3 is an asset

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
