Responsibilities:
- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Identifying, addressing, and resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiating and managing contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Analyzing customer data to spot trends and uncover opportunities for growth and improvement
- Developing and executing effective marketing and sales plans tailored to client needs Leading and supporting a team of account managers, driving collaboration and performance
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within logistics or transportation
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and exceptional customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
- A self-starter who can work independently and effectively collaborate with a team Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
