EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree or College Diploma in business, finance, marketing
- 1 year BDR/Sales experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION (point form)
- Cold outreach(cold calls, cold emails, ABM approach)
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads/business opportunities for the company
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Manage and grow social media
- Manage schedules
- Help with hiring process
- Answer calls from new and existing families
- Client Engagement at events, functions, etc.
- General organization of the Academy
- The position is adaptive and changes with time
AVAILABILITY
- The job hours are Monday to Thursday 11am-7:30pm & Fridays 12pm-8:30pm with occasional weekend days in place of weekdays

- The BDR + Client Manager must be detail-oriented. As a result, ONLY applications with a cover letter will be considered. All other applications will be discarded. The cover letter should explain why you'd enjoy specifically working at a music academy for and how your career goals in business development and entrepreneurship align. Please indicate any musical experience you may have. Please note professional music experience is not required. You must also indicate that you are aware of the hours of the job as requested and listed above.
Pay is dependent on applicant's experience and education.
