Business Development Representative – Fueling Growth at Gravity


About Gravity:

To fuel our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate pipeline and drive top-of-funnel sales activity.


Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation for Gravity’s sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities for the sales team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Research and identify government agencies that could benefit from Gravity’s solutions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospecting activity in CRM.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Hit and exceed KPIs for lead generation and prospect engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, or similar).
