We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and conduct in-home estimates for potential clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to assess painting needs and provide detailed estimates.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs, offering expert advice, and presenting solutions tailored to their budget and vision.
• Accurately measure and evaluate job sites to create comprehensive proposals.
• Explain the benefits of Top Shelf Painting’s services, process, and quality standards to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads, answer client questions, and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, estimates, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, painting techniques, and competitive market pricing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, painting, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to assess project scope, take accurate measurements, and provide precise estimates.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable using technology (CRM software, tablets, and email communication).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• Paid time off

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
