About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients in the landscape maintenance and snow removal industry. This is not a new business sales role—you will take over accounts after onboarding, maintaining relationships while identifying opportunities to sell enhancements, upsell services, and expand client investments.

What You’ll Do:

Client Relationship Management – Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Upselling & Business Development – Proactively identify and sell landscape enhancements, including design upgrades, mulch, aeration, new pathways, seasonal plantings
Service Oversight & Quality Assurance – Conduct daily site visits and check-ins to ensure high-quality service delivery
Proposal & Estimate Preparation – Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, showcasing value-added services
Negotiation & Sales Strategy – Use your strong communication and negotiation skills to close enhancement sales and maximize revenue
Collaboration with Operations Teams – Work closely with crews and management to ensure service aligns with client expectations
Winter Operations Support – Communicate snowstorm plans and schedules to clients, ensuring seamless winter service execution

What You Bring:

Proven Experience in Landscape Sales – Knowledge of commercial/residential landscaping is essential
✔ Customer Care Specialist Mindset – Exceptional relationship-building skills to maintain and expand client accounts
✔ Sales & Negotiation Expertise – Ability to confidently present, sell, and upsell additional services
✔ Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to schedule, plan, and manage multiple client accounts effectively
✔ Valid Driver’s License – A company car will be provided for client visits

Hours: 8:30-5:00 M-F. Employment References included in the interview process.
