Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team based. As a Sales Consultant, your role will predominantly focus on our telecommunication clients’ and their sales strategies. The Sales Consultant will drive customer engagement of our clients services by being involved with our sales team to introduce and educate consumers on various products and services available to them. The Sales Consultant will work with our team of professionals who have an impact on the initiatives of our client by working together to improve our customer acquisition and sales margins.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized sales solutions and assist with purchasing decisions based on situations and needs the customer is expressing
  • Interact with customers to discuss with them wireless and internet products and services that may be of interest
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to build customer relationships and potential customer referrals
  • Drive sales metrics & improve the overall customer experience by working with other team members and leading consultants and representatives within the industry
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to exceed personal and professional expectations
  • Stay up to date on our clients service trends to maintain an edge over competitors

Sales Consultant Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to assist customers in any given situation with a professional approach
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and meet their needs
  • A desire to grow within the company and take on more responsibility
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and be solution focused when needed
  • Time management to handle multiple tasks when working with customers and needing answers from tech support
  • Comfortable working directly with customers
  • Hands on experience prior in a customer service, sales, hospitality industry or other related fields
  • Assist with necessary compliance checks when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,708.00 - $100,903.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Diego, CA 92111: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
