Duties

• Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and educate them about solar energy options.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for solar sales within the community.
• Utilize technical sales skills to present solar solutions effectively, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software tools, and advancements in solar technology to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

• Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales is highly desirable.
• Strong background in technical sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques and strategies to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for managing customer interactions and tracking sales progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
• Uncapped commission
• Weekly bonus

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
