This position requires stamina, energy, and the ability to handle multiple in-person meetings per day.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM software.
• Schedule and conduct on-site landlord walk-throughs and collect keys.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with an independent, self-driven approach.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience (real estate, retail, or similar).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Candidates must have the stamina and energy to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
• Applicants should have the ability to handle multiple in-person client meetings per day, including travel between properties.
• This is a commission-only position, ideal for highly self-motivated individuals who thrive on performance-based earnings.
• Candidates should thrive in a fast-moving, competitive sales environment where quick decision-making is key.
• Comfortable using CRM software or willing to learn.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $2,500.00-$3,500.00 per month
