We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & PPC Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube campaigns, while implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth and lead generation success. This role requires expertise in Google Ads, Moz Pro, SEMrush, and AI-driven marketing tools to ensure high-performing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Strategy & Management

  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Lead and supervise the PPC team, ensuring campaign alignment with client goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, bid strategy adjustments, and ad copy optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and MOZ Pro.
  • Provide data-driven reports and recommendations to clients.

SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve search rankings.
  • Optimize meta tags, headers, structured data, and site architecture for better search visibility.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in website copy and blog posts.
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and AI tools.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the design & development teams to ensure ads and landing pages align with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with a junior PPC & SEO specialist.
  • Continuously improve campaign automation, AI-driven marketing strategies, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience leading and managing a PPC & SEO team in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and paid search strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Moz Pro, SEMrush, and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for automation and efficiency in marketing.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and continuously optimizing strategies.
  • High proficiency in English (spoken & written).

Pay: $61,339.00-$65,661.00 per year
