We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated Account manager to join our dynamic team in Scarborough, Ontario.
Job Description:
As an Account manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across Canada and the USA. You will work directly with customers to identify their resin needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a vital sector and help drive our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities within Canada and the USA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide detailed product information and technical specifications to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastic resin or related industries.
- Proven track record of successful sales, preferably in the plastic resin industry or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the Canadian and US markets, particularly in the plastics industry, is an asset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $39,248.26-$104,647.54 per year
