Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to Noon

YOUR MANDATE

We are looking for a valuable collaborator who, under the supervision of the Production Manager, will analyze technical requests from clients, and will prepare appropriate estimates based on their needs. The Account Manager will act as the main internal pivot between distributors, customer, production manager, sales rep and production employees. You will be asked to use your creativity, autonomy and sense of organization. You will be asked to respond to clients by email or by phone.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with the client to find the best product for their project

- Prepare estimates with appropriate pricing for each item in accordance with Polycrylic standards

- Consult relevant personnel to confirm project feasibility, estimated costs and delivery times

- Send estimates to clients

- Answer technical customer questions by phone or email

- Enter all orders in the management system to conclude the sale

- Review and validate proofs before send to clients for approval

- Follow up on the progress of projects with production and customers

- Supervise and improve the customer service process to be in constant evolution and guarantee customer satisfaction

DESIRED SKILLS

- Perfectly bilingual in both written and spoken French & English

- Demonstrate experience in customer service

-Keen sense of spatial perception and a good understanding of angles and measurements

- Creative, autonomous and organized

- Comfortable working with various computer software including the Office Suite

- Artistic sense is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
