Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential customers, managing leads, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while ensuring a high level of service. This position is currently part time but may turn into a full time opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to promote products and services.
  • Manage and follow up on leads generated from various sources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide administrative support, including proofreading documents, organizing files, and ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, particularly within a medical office or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
  • Proficient in typing and using various office software applications.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
